Good location as close to CBD. Recently renovated room with large viewing window. Great view of Palmerston North. Heat pump also installed. Instructions needed for heat pump operation. Friendly and helpful staff. Shower mat needed as floor very slippery.

Excellent place to stay and park your car right in front of your property so easy to unload your luggage and load when leaving. Easy access to walk in the hotel building to have breakfast its just right next door, theres paknsave near by and burger King and pubs around that area.

Rooms excellent, all fresh and new, great bigger than king-size bed. Restaurant staff were wonderful, meals great. Why is a decent coffee extra at breakfast? We dislike coffee from urns. Cereal bowls toooooo small. A big thank you to the staff for wonderful service in what must still be trying conditions as outside of building is maintained and repainted. Bonus is that work men only start at 9am. No doubt grounds and road markings will be redone after work on building completed.

The staff at this hotel are really lovely, I had a really polite gentleman working in the restaurant at breakfast on both mornings and the reception staff and room service were really courteous too. The gym was good, room was spacious. Restaurant food quality was VERY GOOD and they accommodate dietary requests with no issues. Would recommend!
