「We were completely blown away by the Woodroyd Estate! The winding road to the house transported us to another world. The house is spacious and wonderful to explore. 「Beautiful house with wonderful views of the bay. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Note that the driveway is a bit narrow so larger vehicles might do better by parking on the road. There is enough room for smaller cars to carefully turn around and exit smoothly. 」

「Don't be discouraged by the outside appearance of this gem of a place. As soon as you enter you are presented with a spacious, verging on opulent living space. Everything was as listed. Beautifully maintained and clean, we had a cosy couple of nights during some petty awful weather. Underfloor heating, comfortable beds, efficient heating was just what we needed.Only minute criticism was no coffee plunger but everything else was great. 「Echt authentisch in dem Wagon zu Übernachten, manchmal ist es etwas eng was aber natürlich dem geschuldet ist das es sich um einen echten Eisenbahn Wagon handelt. Sonst ist an sich alles da was man braucht um ein paar Tage dort zu verbringen :)」

「We had a wonderful stay at this Bookabach! The property was quiet, private, and beautifully spacious – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It had everything we needed, including great cooking facilities and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels, which was a thoughtful touch. 「Lovely little place, beautifully presented / decor. Waking up to the sounds of the native birds, surrounded by trees really made you feel like you were rugged up in a tree house. Only recommendation would be to put the books in a container as they smell slightly musty and if possible providing a pair of scissors (for coffee sachets etc) would be great. Could be quite chilly if staying over winter but there are heaters provided. Otherwise 10/10 would absolutely stay again.」
