「ベッドメイキングの清掃員がお客さんが乗っているエレベーターにワゴンごと乗ってきてお客さんを待たせるのは初めての経験でした。客室は広く快適ですが、シーツにきれいにアイロンがかかっていない感じだったのと、朝食の質が低かったのは残念でした。」

「We spent one night there. The room was dirty, hair from the previous occupants, was still in the bath tub. Looked like someone vomitted on the carpet and not cleaned up. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower didn’t work well. The blow dryer kept falling off the wall when you closed the door. The heater was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. The breakfast had nothing except hard boiled eggs, two types of yogurt, two types of cereal and those weren’t good. Kids running in the halls past midnight. We...

「Arrived a little before 3pm and were turned away as check-in was 3pm. Evening staff were rude. There was a hockey tournament and alot of players/families staying at the hotel - they were so loud, running up and down hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Parents/coaches getting drunk and loud in the common area. None of the vending machines were working. Pool - we were unable to enjoy it as it was over run by rude, obnoxius teens. Towels in the pool and hot tub. A parent or coach present but...

「The beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. So comfy. Continental breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. Coffee creamer flavors were a good touch. 」

「Decent rooms, the heating system clicking on/off in the night is disturbing though and when on it is on the louder side. Staff were lovely and kind. The attached restaurant is delicious. The pool is heated and the hot tub hot, appreciated those things in addition to the early hours of use. 」

「Excellent place to stay. Right off the freeway, in an industrial area but doesn’t feel like it. Great pool with waterside and very friendly staff. My only complaint is that I called in the morning for early check in and was told that we could come 1 hour early. But then our room wasn’t ready when we got there. Ended up waiting until almost the normal check in time. Not a huge complaint, but annoying when travelling with children. They did give us coloring and cookies to pass the time…. So that...
