Good location and great breakfast

Beautiful property with lovely rooms. Location is quiet, so it is a little distance to main tourist sites. As the pool is part of the building (commercial) gym, no kids allowed, which was a shame.

Finding an entrance was somewhat tricky. From Shimbashi station, use the Shiodome exit, turn right to find an escalator up near Tully's coffee, take another escalator to the far right of the plaza next to an Italian restaurant, once on the 3rd floor above the ground, take a skywalk across the street to the building on the right, a news media building on the lower floors. Really great hotel. Excellent location, walkable to tons of dining options, supermarkets and shopping. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is wonderful and pleasant to deal with. What we loved was hotel’s snack area (open until 10pm). They always had little snacks that guests could enjoy, ranging from coffee/tea to yoghurt and baked goodies. This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The hotel itself is new so everything was pristine and modern. It is a business hotel so expect the rooms to be small - there was enough space to open a couple suitcases on the floor, but we had to keep them closed up most of the time to feel comfortable moving around. A quiet area away from the busiest of Tokyo. Transportation is accessible by walking. Staff was pleasant, kind and accommodating! Self check in through the kiosk was a straightforward and seamless process. The staff at the receptionist counter were of course there to assist with any questions or concerns. Excellent, convenient location in central Tokyo. Walking to many activities and subway was easy. Staff were outstanding and went out of their way to be kind and helpful. We had the club included which was convenient for comprehensive breakfast and evening snacks when we wanted a more quiet time.

They just finished a big renovation. It locates a very convenient location in the center of Tokyo. Just a short walk to Shinagawa train station. You can catch a bullet train there.

Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well. We made this hotel our home for 3 days, but would have been pretty comfortable even for a week. We will keep this...
