I loved my stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently close to several train stations and a shopping area with plenty of affordable restaurants. The staff were wonderfully helpful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the cleanliness was absolutely top notch. Thank you ! I’m m already looking forward to staying here again!

Amazing location and very clean hotel! Check in/check out was easy and staff always ready to help. The location cannot be beat if you want to be close enough to major hubs of the city but also feel the calmness near the water. Lots of places to dine nearby with a bridge connecting to either the train or big office building with shops. Room is a bit small but honestly for the value and location and service I would stay here again. So beautiful to walk around outside near the water with great views of rainbow bridge and Tokyo bay!

Very easily accessible, walking distance to the metro, nice and clean building, nice choice of books to read and free drinks and amenities. Safety and privacy is a value there. Have to walk a few minutes for closest restaurants but 7/11 is right inside the hotel and is very convenient. Would recommend.

One of the good things was that I could choose which room to stay in during the check-in process. The room was small, but the shower booth was big enough to use comfortably. It was much better than the typical tub-style showers in most Japanese hotels. The downsides were that the bathroom sink was extremely small—almost impossible to use for washing hands or face—and the bathroom had a slight bad smell with weak ventilation. However, I could open the windows in the bedroom, which helped a lot by bringing in fresh air from outside. The amenities were good, and I liked that the hotel provided two hand towels and two bath towels, unlike some other hotels that only give one of each, which is very inconvenient. Overall, it was a good stay.

Hotel is adjacent to Takeshiba station. There’s a convenience store on the 1st floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out are so easy. If you arrive before your check-in or still have time to stroll Tokyo after you check out, the luggage storage is free and very easy to use. Rooms are clean and themed rooms are awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho! Generally clean and comfortable. A couple of comments, we did have what looked like a blood stain on the manga blanket, but we didn’t really use it on the bed. Second thing was that the only lighting is in the bathroom or the overhead light, both were very bright, a bedside light would go a long way. We would definitely come back though!

Hotel is basic, small room , big bed. Shower is big and tidy. - close to hamamatsucho station, 30 min Ueno or 30 min Shibuya - Shop is next to hotel. - 3 ramen place nearby, first opposite the hotel other 2 is 20 min walk. The hotel location is perfect for those peoples who wanna discover Tokyo.
