"客室も共用スペースもアンティーク家具がたくさん使われていて素敵な施設でした。古い感じはしますが清潔で、部屋数が多くないので静かな空間で過ごせました。晴れていればお庭でも過ごしてみたかったです。スタッフの方も感じが良く、また利用したいと思える場所でした。 一点だけ…事前にお肉が食べられないことをお伝えしており魚介類に変更していただけるとのことだったのですが、対応いただけたのは夕食のメイン料理のみで、前菜や朝食メニューについてはご対応いただけませんでした。（食べられないものは連れに任せました）お料理とても美味しかったので、その点だけ残念でした。"

"Extremely small rooms but cheap so worth it and walkable to all the local things or you can take the bus. Remote check in was nice, but would’ve been nice to talk with someone about questions about how to get around. Overall good value "

"The staff were friendly and the breakfast was simple (green salad, two egg fries, bread with butter and jam, fruits, and a pot of coffee or black tea) but delicious. Personally I liked Peppermint’s breakfast better than buffet breakfast, because we ate everything that’s served. No waste, so eco-friendly. Another thing we liked was a nearby museum. "More than we ever expected! Everything was thought out, ameneties are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, q-tips, wipes, skin care, etc) Breakfast was safe as a person with peanut/nut allergies, every allergen is identified, made life easier. Staff is so kind and nice. They held out luggage after checking out. We took a free shuttle offered by the hotel to get to Kawaguchiko station. Very helpful,"
