"受付カウンターの裏に書類や物が山積みで汚い。部屋のエアコンはすごい動作音、外もうるさく、部屋に耳栓が　置いてある。ベッドは硬く畳の様。風呂の湯だけはラドンと天然温泉で素晴らしいが、風呂の掃除もされておらず、石鹸シャンプーは４席に一つ、とにかく人がちゃんとやればできるところが全くされておらず、これで素泊まり二人で１９０００はボリすぎ"

"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). "Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "ドミトリーで予約しましたが客が少なかったこともあって個室にしていただきました。スタッフ(オーナー？)の対応はとても良かったです。宿は周辺にコンビニ等はないのでちょっと不便を感じました。部屋にはTVがなかったのですがフリーWIFIがあったのでネットで見ることができたのは良かった。お風呂は近くの道の駅で利用できます、これがなかなか良かった。食堂は近くにありますが、車があれば(私は自転車でした)少し遠出をしたほうがいいですね。"

"Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay "

"Location of its facility is surrounded by magnificent and beautiful mountains with lots of green, atmosphere is totally different from big city Tokyo. The owner of pension is quite friendly, and capable to treat guest with "omotenashi" from his long experience. "
