「My buddies and I came for my 21st bday. When we arrived we were unable to check in until 4 pm which was fine, but we went to the office to drop off our bags, we waited outside the office for 45 minutes as nobody was in the office until 8:45. I had communicated that we would be utilizing the office as well, and nobody gave me the code for the office door. Same thing happened when we came back the same day to retrieve our bags.
