「We (my two adult daughters and myself) just came back from a 12 night stay in the UK. We went to 9 hotels, and this was our favorite! It was so quiet and peaceful there with no outside noise. The setting was beautiful with lots of outside dining spaces. The rooms were nice and the staff was super sweet. Breakfast was amazing with large, cook to order options. We would definitely come back and stay again!」

「Fabulous location a short drive or park & ride bus from the city centre. Lovely setting and well maintained. Staff were friendly and happy to assist. Food was lovely, with a nice selection for breakfast. Rooms were well designed and spacious, with a lovely private courtyard. Loved being able to have my dog with me and she was even permitted in the bar and breakfast room (not in main area near breakfast bar, which was fine as I had company to watch her). Would stay again 😁」

"Lovely Restaurant, Disappointing Housekeeping & Reception
Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant staff were very kind and polite, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere during meals.
However, the reception experience and housekeeping were disappointing.
When we checked in, the receptionist was initially friendly, but when I asked her some questions, her attitude became a bit intimidating and unhelpful, which made me uncomfortable.
We stayed 4 nights. On one of the days, our room was not cleaned until 17:30, and we had to wait 30 minutes in the hallway. On another day, the towels were not replaced and no vacuuming was done. We informed the staff, but the manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously.

"バースの街中にある，新しめの便利なホテル。そんなに高くない。街中を歩くのにもちょうどよい。車は駅近くのSouthgate Car Parkにとめる。車のナンバーを控えておき，フロントにあるタブレットにナンバーを入力すると駐車場と連携して割引が適用される仕組みになっている。ナンバー忘れないで！駐車場からホテルまでは歩いて10分弱。帰るときに駐車場の入り口がわかんなくなると思うので，写真にでも取っておくと探し回らないで済むでしょう。"
