「部屋は広くて清潔 シャンプーと石鹸が袋に入ってるけど手では開けられない ロビーのスタッフの接客が最悪 朝食の質も低い 12階に泊まったが外の騒音と爆音が夜中までうるさかった 二度と泊まらない」

「Amazing property, amazing location. Highly highly recommend. My inconvenience was in my checking in, as a Platinum the staff never offered to me a gift cards that supposedly they have to do it, and no offered VIP upgrade. Anyway the room service had a problem with sheets (it was missed) and Jorge the manager gave me a discount for mini bar, and it was nice. Despite the inconvenience, I loved this place, and I would definitely return.」
