The greeting by Erick was very smooth, welcoming and informative.He was an amazing host throughout our stay. He always made sure we got a safe ride, recommended great places and was always professional, friendly and respectful. Our room was always cleaned and spotless when we got back. At the restaurant, Rafael was amazing so very special, remembering our names, favorite hot drinks and how we liked our eggs. Congratulations to your management and coaching staff. The icing on the cake was Diomedes, he made our check out swift smooth and was so warm and friendly and cooperative providing last minute recommendations. He warm smile will brighten up anyone’s day. Will recommend and surely be back. All staff interactions were great. Strategic location, nice rooms and great breakfast.
