Overall, I had a good stay at Marquee Hotel. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and most of the staff were courteous and helpful. However, toward the end of my stay, I was mistakenly accused of bringing an additional guest, even though I fully followed hotel policies and did not bring anyone. The situation was later clarified and the staff apologized, but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Given that there are security cameras in the lobby and common areas, I believe this could have been handled more carefully. Aside from this incident, the stay was positive.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were stunning with great views. Nice rooftop bar as well. Also the hotel is in a great location. Easy access to everything. A lot happening in the area. Can be a little loud at night however was no problem for sleeping. Music seemed to end at reasonable time. The staff were all so kind and welcoming! The breakfast was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay. I will be back for sure!!

The staff was on point. Very friendly, very fast service and very polite. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The one downfall was it’s very loud outside and you can hear it and I was on the seventh floor. Other than that, it was perfect.

I had an amazing stay at the Marquee Hotel in Medellín! From start to finish, the service was top tier. Huge shoutout to Cilene and Edwin they truly went above and beyond. Even before we arrived, they reached out via WhatsApp to make sure we were taken care of, offering transportation and assistance with anything we might need. That level of attention already set the tone for a great stay. The hotel is located right by Parque Lleras, which means everything is super walkable restaurants, shopping, nightlife, work meetings, you name it. It’s honestly the perfect strip to be on whether you’re here to eat well, shop, party, or even work. That said, it is a lively area. It can get loud, so if you’re traveling with kids or you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room that doesn’t face Parque Lleras. For me, it was totally fine, I can sleep standing up 😂 and I loved being right in the action. The food and drinks at the hotel were excellent, and the service throughout our stay was consistently great. Another thing I really appreciated was how helpful they are with tourists they offer transportation and tour packages, which is perfect if you’re visiting Medellín and aren’t sure what to do or where to go. Everything feels easy and well organized. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. If you’re coming to Medellín and want to be in the heart of it all, the Marquee Hotel is the place to stay. Highly recommend!
