「都会と言えど木が生い茂るメデジン中心部にある、まさにジャングルの中のオアシスホテル。 部屋はモダンで清潔、アメニティの質も文句なし。部屋のテラスに備え付けのジャグジーは事前に使い方を丁寧に教えてくれて、朝7時すぎからゆっくり浸かることができ至福のひと時だった。 ホテルの立地もおしゃれな店が立ち並ぶジェラス公園に程近く、便利だった。 ホテルのスタッフも非常に感じが良く、いろんな注文に快く応えてくれた。特にFelipeは応対が完璧だった。 温泉気分を味わえる都会のオアシス、またメデジンに来ることがあれば利用したい。」

「Excelente servicio del personal, muy amables Y la propiedad muy bonita. Mi única queja es que el aire acondicionado enfriaba muy bien, pero en ocasiones como que se desactivaba y la temperatura no era muy fría y tenía que activarlo con el control espero que arreglen el problema, de lo demás excelente Gracias 」

「Great service, I want to highlight the waiters in the breakfast dinner, very friendly. The property is in a safe area and walking distance to some restaurants. Also a short drive to Provenza. 」

「The property, room and staff were excellent. The included breakfast was great. The only negative thing the room had was the shower. The shower doesn't have a drain below the shower head, so the water comes under the glass shower doors, and the rug is wet by the time you come out. The drain for the shower is all the way in front of the wall where the knob is and the floor not been level in that direction creates a puddle while you shower. Other than that everything was excellent. 」

「Loved the location, staff and ammenities. You are walking distance from restaurants, bars, stores, practically in the middle of the action. It is verybsafe to walk around El Poblado. The staff are awesome and super helpful and friendly. I want to mention Sebastian, as he helps us find places and was very accomodating. We had free breakfast included and a nice surprise when around 5pm a beverage cart pass the rooms offering FREE drinks, yes alcoholic drinks for free!, you cant beat that.」
