「Wonderful stay! The staff checked in with me daily and asked permission to clean up before they moved any of my things or straightened up the room. They do have a car service that can come get you from the airport and that was extremely helpful just to ensure I safely arrived. This was my first time solo traveling and they were the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! They carried every bag and greeted me every single time I walked in or out. Super friendly, super clean, and super helpful!」

「Overpriced and bad .. big mistake」

「Wonderful place, very comfortable, great customer service just don’t get the airport transportation offered as it is more expensive than getting a regular Uber. Location is great and overall fantastic」

「N/A」

「The staff is super attentive, I loved the view, the floor plan, and I loved the food at Boro. It's a place you should visit—I give it a 10/10. They left me a really nice note. I was there with my partner, and he loved everything too.」

「Excellent, very comfortable」

「This hotel was terrible. Because of running out of water supply, they promised to give us refund, but they never did. We called them and emailed them, but they ignored. Even if water was stopped running, they didn’t help us to find another hotel we could stay. We had to look for a hotel after 9pm and we even weren’t familiar with the place because we just arrived. The hotel stuff was helpless and they didn’t offer us anything. I don’t recommend to stay this hotel because of their service. 」
