Like I said before, if you go to Mayfield once a month you will always get something different! This past weekend ( actually Thursday before SXSW) I went out to Zilker Botanical Gardens and then stopped at Mayfield Park and Nature Preserve on my way home. I was heavily using my Olloclip for my iPhone 6. I played down on the ground and proper up my elbows to steady myself to get this. I am totally happy with the results! Taken with iPhone 6 using Olloclip and edited with Aperture.

A truly undiscovered gem near central Austin. Quiet and pristine nature reserve with peacocks! Short walking trails that allow you to get away from city life and get rejuvenated. You can't help but admire nature's tranquility and let a little of it rub off on you.
This oak tree grows sideways over the Colorado River in Austin. Diameter at base around three feet.
