「The resort is beautiful and spotless, and the beach is gorgeous. This season the current is rough, so be a strong swimmer. Not ideal for young kids, but great for boogie boarding and surfing.

We paid extra for Preferred Club and most of it fell flat. Our butler was great, and the...

「I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom had visible mold, and the sheets had noticeable stains. This is unacceptable and does not meet basic cleanliness standards expected from a hotel. I would appreciate an immediate resolution, an appropriate refund. Please address these concerns as soon as possible.」

「Didn’t like the inconsistency with things in the rooms. Didn’t like the front desk girl, very rude and not accommodating even with me pre picking my room (which I didn’t get). And the food was ok not the best.」
