Service was great and the jerk chicken by the beach is 10/10 Great overall value for money, if you want a luxurious experience pay double the price and go elsewhere "

"The staff went above and beyond, especially Miguel Ramirez. On top of that the pools were clean, the grounds were very well kept up, entertainment was awesome. The room was spacious and was cleaned very well every day, and the fridge was always restocked. We enjoyed every restaurant! Our favorites though were the hibachi and the Brazilian restaurants. Back to Miguel though he is the main reason our trip was so amazing! He was always checking in with us, seeing if we needed anything, went out of his way for us time and time again! My kids are already asking when we can go back to this resort and we just got home a few days ago!! I highly recommend 😊💕"

I suggest getting the excellence club package during your stay because you’ll have access to amenities and restaurants that you otherwise wouldn’t be able to enjoy.
