"The staff is sooooooooo amazing. Unfortunately, we had a room that was close to a smoking stand and our room had a gap in the door that made our room fill with smoke. The staff were kind and brought our bags through the Medina. Was easy check in and the Facilites were great. We had tea by the pool almost every night and it felt like an oasis from the hustle. "

"A beautiful Riad in the heart of the bustling souks, an oasis of calm with rooftop pool, hot tub. The staff made the stay, they were always really friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was local foods and changed daily, this was also really lovely."

My only suggestion for improvement would be to either switch up the music played in the public areas of the riad, or not play music at all. It felt like we heard the same track every day. Excellent food, with option of evening dining in their high class Indian restaurant with chef ex Michelin starred London kitchen. Useful shuttle into Medina but was glad to return to peace and tranquility of hotel! One of best hotels i''ve found in years of international travel."
