"I booked this homestay for my Indonesian friends, and from the moment they arrived, they were treated with suspicion and disrespect. The receptionist questioned whether the reservation was really theirs and tried to verify their phone number unnecessarily, even though it clearly matched the booking.

"The hotel’s location is convenient but set back from the street so it’s quiet. Its garden and pool areas are beautiful. The staff are very friendly especially Putu, who is so helpful with arranging drivers, etc.
The room is also spacious and comfortable and everything works. I especially love the many windows and balcony seating. It offers us so much relaxation and privacy.
I also really enjoyed watching the offering ceremony in the morning.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...
