"Loved the pool has table and 4 chairs to sit drink eat etc,loved the massage room with massage table and spa, loved my massages ordered thru hotel, big outdoor projector to view at night only, tvs in room, reception front desk staff very informative and if they are not sure they will check and let you know asap, staff were amazing yo my son,downsides, pool burns on my 6 year old, no microwave, no kettle/jug to make your own coffee tea during the day or night... overall I would come back here...

"The Ion Bali Benoa is an excellent place to stay if you like the quiet atmosphere, the whole facility is kept clean and tidy , the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the staff are very obliging and friendly, easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach and some small shopping places, the costing is amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxed and quiet holiday. "Property is great condition. Recent renovations and friendly helpful staff. Clean place with great pool in the center. Breakfast comes in 2 flavors American or Indonesian. AC units on the far side of registration desk get hit with direct sunlight and struggle to keep the rooms cool. "

"We enjoyed the range of kids’ activities, services, pools, food options, and the area around the hotel. We did not opt for the all-inclusive dining due to the cost. The buffet breakfast was super & included in the room rate, and it became repetitive after a few days. Overall, my family had a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend the hotel."

"Our room was a good size, on the 5th floor. The staff are always nice and accomodating. Don’t break a cup though they charge the same amount as a meal lols. Overall a good hotel but being not infront of thr beach we had to pay for beach hut and chair on days we decide to do a beach day. "

"Room was spotless and 10/10. However it’s not a resort and there’s no connected beach. It’s a simple hotel that does the job. If you want a luxury stay then stay at one of the beach facing hotels. But otherwise for 2-3 nights it’s fine. Toilets modern best water pressure in Bali. "
