「Stayed during the Cincinnati Open. Drive to the event was quick and rady. The hotel is located in a nice wooded area across from a golf course. Staff was friendly and always available. 」
「Nice place for the price. Very Close to kings island, which is why we were there. Close to restaurants, and anything we needed. I would call it a value hotel, but ive stayed here multiple times. They have mads nice improvements. You cant beat the value provide for the price. Ill continue to stay here when im passing through. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 」
「l was overbooked by this hotel. They transfered us to another hotel with no cost for us. If next hotel was good one, I was satisfied.... after that, I claimed value of hotel. They just said ' We kindly transfered you by our cost'. I hate this type of selfish attitude. They were paid by Experia, they cannot say "we have no responsibility in this overbooking, I think.」

「The property and the service are great.
However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle.
To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. 」
