「ShaRonda at the front desk was terrific. She was very helpful in getting us into our room, even though we arrived a bit before check-in time. We were on a tight schedule and it was much easier on us to check-in early. Also, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and well-stocked.」
「I needed a room at this interchange for one night. I got it. The room is plain and needs some serious updating, as almost everything is worn. BUT it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Good lighting but not one wastebasket. Cheap and adequate, but would stay elsewhere if it was for more than one night. 」
「There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation...
