「The apartment is nicer than the photos. It is spacious with nice rooms and a combined living-kitchen. It was clean with nice towels provided. The location is perfect in a quiet street in the part of ortigia close to the parking spots on the mainland. There are a couple of great restaurants in the street. The apartment has a balcony, but not much of a view. The communication with the rental agent was very smooth. The electricity system is old and it took a while to realise we had to turn on the...

「The apartment is quite grand, high ceilings, painted ceilings, large common areas, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large balcony. First time in Ortigia and would recommend Ortigia and the apartment to anyone. The apartment is close to La Pizza Duomo. It’s a great location. The check-in process was easy. Would come back to Ortigia and to this apartment!」

「The property is very well located in the heart of Ortigia and a 5 minute walk from most attractions. The property is well furnished and equipped and the terrace makes it extra special. Veryhelpful to have three bathrooms and double rooms for a larger party. The property manager was very helpful and gave good check in information. Downside is the parking - you have to take your chances with the on street parking. Also the bedding wasn't pure cotton so got a bit clammy. However an overall...

「10 mins from station, 15-20 mins from Ortigia, south, and excellent archaeological museum, north. Apartment had everything and the roof terrace was fabulous. Sebastiano was a perfect host, responding to any questions very quickly and making very helpful suggestions. Would recommend Gusto organic supermarket for supplies. Leave via rear exit and turn left - you'll see it. 」

「Lovely space for 6 of us. Good location and plenty to do in the area. Kitchen accommodated our needs. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were functional. Could use a shelf in the bathrooms above the sink, and in the showers (no where to put your soap/shampoo currently.) 」

「Nice location, but flat was not properly furnished as far as the kitchen is concerned. Difficult to communicate with the local people in charge of the apartment, although we spoke fluently Italian. 」

「We enjoyed a week at Casa Keller in late June. The apartment is nicely furnished and comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning in the bedroom helping a comfortable nights sleep. The apartment can only be reached by foot, but there is free parking close by on Ronco Asante. The roof terrace was great, giving views across the town and over the nearly countryside, and is not overlooked by any other properties.Recommended!」

「The host, Ettore, couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was stunning and had everything you need. It was quiet and very well situated - lots of restaurants within 3 minutes walk and the sea is just down the road. The nearest beach is under 10 minutes away. 」

"何よりもスタッフの皆さんが大変親切で気持ちの良い接客でした。宿泊日の翌日にの寝台列車でナポリに行く予定でしたが、20時まで気持ち良く荷物を預かってもらい助かりました。部屋も清潔で広く満足できました。ロケーションも駅から徒歩10 分と近く、飲食店も周辺に沢山あります。おすすめのホテルです。"

"家族経営でしょうか、レセプションの方々がとても素晴らしく親切で人懐こく、非常に気持ち良い滞在でした。窓からは海が間近に見え、水平線の彼方に美しい日の出をみることができます。奥さまは日本がお好きらしく、それもまた快適な滞在の要因になりました。階段しかないので荷物が重いと大変ですが、ご主人が親切にも持ってあがってくれました。"

"シラクサのメインエリア、オルティジャ島の先端に位置しているため街中の散策に便利です。朝ごはんもバライティ豊かで美味しかったです。夜遅くまで営業しているレストランに隣接しているため部屋の位置によっては騒がしい可能性があることと、トイレやシャワーなどの水回りが少し古い点が気になりましたがおおむね満足した滞在となりました。"
