The working guy make a lot of noise next to our durty appartment. Not ok in general Expédia stoled us 50 euros on the reservation . 99,52 € payed finally but it was 46,52e 3euros at the check in . Thanks for stollen "tourist"!

Die Ferienwohnung war von den Räumlichkeiten Recht schön. Separater Eingang prima. Sanitär sauber und ordentlich. Küche mit 2 Messern, 2 Gabeln und einem Löffel, 6 Tellern und einer Pfanne plus 1 Kännchen für Wasser sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer: Kopfkissen sehr hart Aufgrund einfacher Verladung nachts durch fahrende Autos laut.

Ho prenotato questa struttura perché dichiarava che c'era il parcheggio, arrivato sul posto ho constatato che assolutamente non vi era possibilità di parcheggiare nel raggio di circa 2 km. se non residente. Ho chiamato Hotel.com per chiedere come mai nella pubblicità riportava wifi e parcheggio, l'addetto molto disponibile, ha cercato di contattare la struttura , la quale non rispondeva al telefono, chiedendomi inoltre se sarei stato disposto ad annullare la prenotazione. Alla mia risposta positiva, mi chiedeva (visto che ero sul posto) se potevo passare il mio cellulare per poter parlare con la titolare della struttura, la quale con fare arrogante asseriva che non doveva dare spiegazioni a nessuno e tantomeno a "hotel.com". E anche se la pubblicità era ingannevole non era un suo problema. A questo punto visto che ero in compagnia ho preferito cercare e per fortuna ho trovato un garage a pagamento. Comunque li, non mi vedranno mai più.

Ci hanno consegnato un appartamento in una struutura diversa da quella dove avevamo prenotato , con un solo condizionatore e con una seconda stanza piccolissima . Il secondo giorno ci hanno cambiato appartamento , ma anche in questo le condizioni della struttura non erano adeguate, vedi impianto elettrico e vasca da bagno molto obsoleti

Nous avions réservé pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 ado de 16 ans et 14ans que nous avions bien précisé), lors de la récupération de la clé, la personne de l accueil (très gentille), nous a expliqué qu il y avait une erreur et que notre chambre serait ailleurs…400 m de l hôtel, appartement au 3ème, sans wifi, entrée du bâtiment pas très propre , appartement vieillot, poussière sur la table, peu de pression dans la douche … dommage de nous prévenir

ce n'est pas un 3 étoiles

les personnes de l'accueil sont très sympathiques mais la chambre a été prête qu'à 17 H et il manquait le chauffage, sèche cheveux, couvertures et le lit d'une personne n'est pas confortable du tout, trop dur. C'était comme si notre arrivée n'était pas prévue. ils ont tout apporté au fur et a mesure. le chauffage n'était pas bien, nous avons eu froid. le 2ème jour il faisait bon car nous avions laissé le chauffage. ils auraient du prévoir mieux et mettre du chauffage le jour d'avant. c'est dommage et je regrette de dire cela car les gens sont très bien et serviable. Je pense qu'ils vont améliorer.

La location come posizione è meravigliosa.. purtroppo l'igiene nella camera peccava parecchio e non abbiamo avuto il ricambio biancheria, in quanto si sono definiti residenze e quindi non dovuti al ricambio. In camera era solo presente un cestino per i rifiuti che ovviamente non è stato mai cambiato neanche sotto richiesta.. e non sono stati forniti neanche sacchi di ricambio. La colazione ok!

potenzialmente ottimo necessita manutenzione

Struttura potenzialmente ottima, posizione stupenda, camere belle, anche se non nuove, grandi ed eleganti. Necessita però di cure e manutenzione. Con un'investimento che potrebbe essere non così elevato si potrebbe riportare questa struttura a brillare. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare e la struttura vecchia non viene sistemata da molto tempo, con il risultato che una camera che probabilmente poteva essere molto bella diventa appena accettabile. Ad esempio, io ho soggiornato qui 10 gg, la pulizia era già abbastanza sommaria il giorno che ci hanno consegnato la camera (la doccia aveva ancora la sabbia del precedente inquilino), la cucina che fortunatamente non avevamo bisogno era in condizioni pessime (ho cercato un bicchiere per gli spazzolini da denti ho trovato delle incrostazioni dell'anteguerra) e nessuno é venuto, in 10gg a passare nemmeno una scopa o cambiarci gli asciugamani. L'acqua nel water é gialla, la doccia incrostata, e le superfici attorno ai sanitari necessiterebbero una pulita seria. La colazione (pagata in anticipo) é abbastanza scarsa e il personale troppo ridotto per poter lavorare concretamente bene. Nadia, la ragazza che fa sia da reception che le colazioni, é bravissima e gentilissima, ma non può farcela. Insomma, la struttura potrebbe essere davvero ottima ma così, purtroppo, non é accogliente.
