「Excellent experience with incredibly attentive staff. The room was delightful and just what we needed. The parking was easily accessible even though one needs to drive around the block to get there, but it’s just behind the hotel - very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and again served very attentively in the same space that, at night, is used for the Onda Blu high level fish-focused restaurant (10% off too as hotel clients). Don’t be fooled by the “fish market” designation on Google Maps...

「This was a two night stay. Loved the rooms but didn't like not having someone on site to assist with check in. Although, it was seamless communicating via WhatsApp to check into our rooms. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Syracuse. The parking is secure behind a gate and there were quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Plus there was a bus stop a half a block away for added convenience. 」
