Property was clean. The biggest issue was with check in and communication with someone. I was supposed to receive an email 24 hours in advance and contact the property but that is difficult with limited internet. I didn’t receive the email in advance. It was also difficult to communicate regarding parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Street outside is very busy.

Overall, the stay was good, and everything was fine. However, I was disappointed that I had reserved for 3 people and was only informed the night before arrival that the property could only provide a room for 2. This should have been communicated much earlier to allow time to make alternative arrangements. Otherwise, the stay was good.

the location is a bit far away from Oritiga. You will have to walk 25 minutes or learn how to use the bus system. if you have a car, is great.

The owner is kind who allows me to postpone my booking date even if the refundable date has expired. The room is clean and big, bed is comfortable, the only disadvantage is facing a busy traffic road. I am very disappointed with the breakfast, it is provided in a nearby Cafe store, only includes a cup of coffee and a croissant, I need to pay for extra order and there' s not many food options to choose.

Fint rum med opraktiskt läge.

Fint och fräscht men lyhört rum som låg långt ifrån Ortigia med en lätt uppförsbacke. Värden som skötte det var gullig men den tillhörande frukosten var sådär (serverades på ett café bredvid där de hade inte koll på allergier) Vi mailade också boendet om att få hjälp med att boka transfer till flygplatsen och blev lovade hjälp två gånger men utan att något hände. Smidig incheckning.

Très beau séjour, nous avons été très bien guidée par Antonino malgré qu’il n’y avait pas de personnel sur place c’était bien. Nous avons eu un très bon petit déjeuner au petit bar à quelques pas avec du personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Les seuls inconvénients ont été le manque d’insonorisation et la petite odeur de cigarette en entrant dans la chambre.

Chambre spatieuse et propre, arrivée autonome facile. Hôte disponible facilement et très bien situé pour visiter Syracuse Petits bémols : nous avions sélectionné parking inclu, il s’avère qu’il s’agissait de trouver une place de stationnement dans la rue. Et la rue est assez bruyante (fenêtres pas assez insonorisées) mais avec de bons bouchons d’oreille ça passe bien. Et petit déjeuner très léger (trop : un viennoiserie et une boisson chaude) dans le bar à côté du logement.
