The Apartment
The apartment is located in the heart of the city, just a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Ortigia Island. Situated on the 2nd floor with an elevator, it has undergone a major renovation to the highest quality standards, featuring premium materials, high-end furnishings, and latest-generation systems. This quiet and elegant apartment is fully equipped with comfortable beds, a professional kitchen, and an oversized shower. Free street parking is available.
The Space
From the entrance, you step into the living area, which features a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, a very comfortable sofa bed, and a 43" Google TV. A door from the living room leads to a bright bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with a premium 32 cm thick mattress, a desk, and a spacious wardrobe. The bedroom grants access to a bathroom with a window and a large double-control shower.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have windows equipped with mosquito nets and electric shutters. Free latest-generation Wi-Fi is available throughout. The apartment also includes a utility area with a washing machine and sink, elegantly concealed within a walk-in closet at the entrance.

Guest Access
The entire apartment and its interior spaces are for the exclusive use of guests. The entrance hall, equipped with a shoe rack and coat rack, is a shared space for all guests in the building.
Other things to note:
Check-in Policy: Guests will be contacted via VRBO messaging. To receive access credentials, guests must send copies of their passports via VRBO to comply with Italian short-term rental laws. Access will not be granted without the submission of documents.
Tourist Tax: The local tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid in cash at check-in. Further details regarding the amount will be provided.
Location & Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the city center in the "La Borgata" district. Our strategic position allows you to reach Ortigia and all main sights in just 5 minutes on foot. The neighborhood is well-served with restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, and offices.
The building overlooks the "Porto Piccolo" (Small Harbor), one of the city's most charming spots. Here, you can admire the boats or enjoy the sun and sea at the public solariums and beach areas during the summer. A scenic seaside stroll from the harbor leads directly to Ortigia Island.
Parking
The property does not have private parking. Guests can park for free on the street (white lines) directly outside or in the surrounding streets. A small paid parking lot is located in front of the building, and a large paid parking facility, "Parking Molo S. Antonio," is just a few hundred meters away.
