「I'm giving a four star rating mainly because of the very central location (right near the bus stop to the mainland train station) and also because it has a nice outdoor patio on the upper floor, to use when the weather is fine. However there are some things travelers should note:- the kitchen space is very small so cooking anything more than a simple meal is restricted;- there is no living room or sofa (other than the outdoor patio)- neighboring buildings are close by and noise can be intrusive-...

Be prepared for a lot of stairs (from the lobby, up two floors and also inside between the bedrooms/lower game room and upper kitchen/family room:patio). There are groceries and restaurants within walking distance (3-7 blocks). The bus stop on Corso Gelone can get you quickly to Ortigia.」
