It has a large balcony overlooking the urabamba river, with a view both up and down the river. Staff met us at the train station, which i didnt expect, but allowed us to ditch our bags and get to our tour on time. Staff also drew maps for me, gave us drinks and let us check out late. They also have a filtered water bottle filler in th lobby, the only one ive seen in peru- this saves a lot of headache managing water. "
