The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. In the context of how small and isolated Aguas Calientes is, this property is a solid choice and a great value.
We finished our tour of Machu Picchu and our bus didn’t leave for hours so we booked this hotel to take a nap/relax. The room was not ready but the staff got it ready for us quickly. Great location, comfortable bed, an friendly staff.
The room was clean, the hotel was right off the main plaza, and the host was very helpful with my questions and in offering recommendations for my time here
I had an excellent stay at NaturaLodge. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready with helpful advice about the area. The showers were reliably hot and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for getting work done on my laptop. I also loved the tucked away location with stunning rooftop views overlooking the town. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. It was a 10/10 experience!!
The family who runs the hotel were very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with laundry, early breakfast and just general questions. There was hot water which was a plus :). They also have a rooftop that overlooks the plaza, would recommend to anyone.
Very friendly staffs. They were very willing to assist you in anyway they can including help with booking attractions, places to eat and more. The room was spacious and clean. I totally recommend it.
Staff was amazing & very helpful during our stay! Room was clean, and had hot water for an amazing shower after a long day. We would like to thank them for all of their accommodations. We can't wait to come back again in the future! - Makana & Grecia
Overall it was a great experience. The staff was great. The hotel is managed by the owner and she was very accommodating. She even offer to keep our luggage in storage after checkout
private bathrooms, hot water and very clean rooms. They provide breakfast and everyone is really nice, and wants to help, they will evem dend someone to the station to help you with your bags and gind the hotel.
No one was there to meet us when we arrived at the train station even though I emailed three times we had no hot water for a day and a half. The manager seemed a bit overwhelmed though he was a nice enough guy breakfast had a nice view. bathrooms could be cleaner. The best thing about the property was how close it was to restaurants.
The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, guiding us through the whole Machu Picchu process. Ariana picked us up at the train station, walked us to get bus tickets, waiting in the Machu Picchu bus line with us, and even contracted a great guide for us.
Just be aware that the hotel is up a few steep steps, nothing that you wouldn’t have to deal with at the archaeological site anyway though.
The rooms were very clean, the beds were big, and the view of the town was nice as well. Finally, vocation was very convenient!
The atmosphere is reminiscent of a hospedaje, but the room itself was impeccably clean with large, comfortable beds and a fantastic hot water shower. Despite the lack of heaters, which made the room a bit chilly during our June stay, it led to a cozy sleep under the duvet. The owners were friendly and accommodating; we were especially grateful for the box lunch provided for our Machu Picchu trip.
Please note: There are 60 steps leading up to the hotel, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The property is OK but some of the room amenities need some tuning or fixing for example, our bathroom sink faucet was loose and wobbling, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and things in general looked like a refresh was needed. That being said, looking at the other buildings around here in Aguas Caliente, this could be the norm and standard, so can't say... Otherwise the room was clean and functional and there were no bugs whatsoever so that was the most critical aspect for us. Couple other things to consider: 60+ steps to climb up to the lobby of the property, there's a lot of humidity in the room because the property is near the forest, there can be some noise on some nights because of partying in town, but this was an issue for us only one night out of the two we stayed there and last thing is that the lobby front desk attendence is hit or miss, there isn't anyone there very often... That being said, all in all the staff is attentive and very helpful and we'd still recommend this property.. We were overall happy with this booking.
