始めリバービューで予約したのに、窓無しの部屋だった。部屋は替えてくれたけど、賑やかな通りに面した2階だったので、下にいっぱい人がたむろしていて夜中までうるさかったのでカーテンが開けれず、同じことだった笑朝食はおいしかった。

Great breakfast and views, however the walls and ceilings are extremely thin so be aware if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, a great stay in Aguas Calientes.

Hôtel confortable, sans prétention, bien situé, au bord de la rivière Agua Calientes. Le personnel est très aimable et professionnel. Notre chambre avait une vue sur la rivière, était vaste, avec de grands lits de bonne qualité. Un bon hôtel, sans beaucoup de charme (comme toute la villle d’Agua Calientes), mais au confort largement suffisant pour loger au pied du Machu Picchu.

This review is for the inside rooms. The window goes in to the walkways, so there is no privacy. It was varm, no airflow, no fans and no privacy as everyone just walks beside your room. We stayed for 2 hours and then we left, we had a two day stay but we knew it was more important to have a great time on our once in a lifetime stay in Aguas Calientes. We found another hotel, slightly more expensive, facing the river and it was beautiful.

El cuarto tenía una tina de hidromasaje, lo cual fue perfecto previo a nuestra visita a Machu Pichu. Durante el tour nos cuidaron nuestro equipaje. Posterior al tour, nos prestaron las regaderas del sótano para bañarnos con agua caliente, las cuales estaban impecables. El servicio fue excelente, al igual que nuestra estancia.

Very nice breakfast on the top floor which starts super early. Other than that, the hotel lobby looks like a municipal reception. My room had a weird bath in the bedroom, shower and toilet cubicles with no ventilation. When I arrived late at night, windows were wide open with biting bugs in the room so I had to sleep with repellent on. No air conditioning. Feels like a 2 star hotel not a 4 star hotel.

We loved our stay here. Really nice hotel, all the amenities you could possibly need. Very helpful staff. Perfect location. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Great property, clean, spacious, centrally located. Hot water and jacuzzi tub is available in some of the rooms. The staff was super helpful. We even had massages in our room. I highly recommend this place.

The property is amazing and strategically located. Leonidas at the reception is the most helpful person you can ever talk to. I definitely recommend this hotel, you will never regret it.

Comfortable bed with a great view of the river and mountains. The jacuzzi bath was a nice touch after a day of travelling. Good shower and spacious room. Breakfast room has a wonderful view also- buffet is fine, good choice, nothing spectacular. Hotel is well located for train station and for catching the bus to Machu Picchu. However, wear ear plugs if you don’t want to be woken up at 5am when breakfast starts. The commotion of this starting and shortly after the cleaning of some rooms ( very loud at 6am right outside our door) meant a disturbed and shortened night sleep unfortunately. The overall welcome and check in/out was all a bit impersonal and felt a bit odd. Not even a “how was your stay”, which seemed strange.

We stayed 2 nights in Hotel Jaya & found it to be a pretty poor experience. Apart from having a bathtub with jets in the bathroom (this was an absolute Godsend), there were insects in our room and my partner and I are covered in bites from our stay. Breakfast catered extremely poorly to vegetarians, and the cheese provided actually was off. The staff at the breakfast did not seem to want to be there nor were they happy to answer questions. Our room was extremely hot and we struggled to sleep - after a bit of back & forth with the front desk about whether it was actually got or not, we were provided a fan, which eventually helped cool the room. The bathroom tiles are extremely slippery and even a bath mat is not enough to prevent one from slipping. My husband and I nearly slipped twice! All in all, I would not book this hotel again.
