「I’ve never stayed in this hotel there’s no front desk or lobby or any employees. That’s just a key code. It was kind of like staying at a VRBO. There’s an awesome restaurant and bar downstairs. We loved it.」

「It was very nice to arrive, check in, then relax in our room. We were very tired. We fell asleep quite quickly without feeling jittery from travel. The shower was a bit difficult to figure out, but we managed it successfully. It was fairly quiet. The bed was clean and inviting. All in all I would give the property a 7 out of 10 rating.」
「We’ve been staying at Elegante several times this year when we travel to Lubbock to visit our TTU student. I like the suites are very spacious and comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly. 」
「Excellent rooms and friendly staff. My stay was really great. The only hiccup was that I was originally given a room which, when I opened the door, realized was already occupied. This was quickly resolved, but could have been really awkward situation. Still, I would definitely stay here again.」
