Our room was clean, comfy amd plenty of space. The hotel was clean and quiet. The workers were are nice. They have a pool but not in use i think not in season. We used the gym and it was all working equipment.

We stayed here on a very busy weekend, otherwise we would not have. Definitely doesn’t look like the pictures and isn’t maintained very well/rooms could’ve been cleaner.

Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms were dirty to the point of being uncomfortable. Friendly staff alone cannot compensate for poor cleanliness and lack of maintenance. Breakfast was very limited and the pool was closed. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

Location is great, close proximity to University, restaurants, and shops. Front desk staff was friendly. Lobby was clean and breakfast was ok; however, the room definitely needed to be cleaned and maintained better. The TV and hair dryer didn't work; reported this to front desk staff but neither one got fixed during our 2-night stay. The floor was dirty, the vinyl planks were loose and the corners were lifted up so I tripped over them the first night. Overall it was an ok stay but we probably wouldn't stay there again unless the rooms get updated.

I have to share this. This is a wonderful and clean hotel with lovely staff, but their Wi-FI does not work at all - zero connection. They advertise they have it, but they really don't. I tried using my hotspot, but for some reason that didn't work well either. So, if you need to get any work done on your computer that requires connection, you will not be able to do it here. Oh, and request a first floor room; this hotel does not have an elevator.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Got to our room and it was filthy... Every surface in the room was dirty and crusty. the floor had standing water on it. Not sure where it came from, because it defiantly had not been mopped. At first, when I complained about the room, they told me they did not have another room. I asked them for a refund and they suddenly had an extra room.

I never complain about these situations, as an adult we can power through. And it is my fault for allowing my 1 yr old to walk the room without inspecting it first. But, my 1 yr old came up to me with a used Q Tip in his mouth from the previous guests. The corner he found it in, extremely dirty. As an adult I’d let it go, but my baby having a used Q Tip in his mouth because staff did not clean properly, completely unacceptable. Pictures taken, and included.
