"The room had a bad smell, like a wet dog or animal smell. The floors weren’t clean and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Hair and dirt on the bathroom floor, hadn’t been swept or mopped and the sink counter was dirty. Kitchen counter was dirty as well. Dogs were barking on the floor at 11pm-midnight which is pretty unacceptable."

"The room was filthy. Bathroom was super dirty. Lamp and TV didn’t work and telephone was not connected so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I went to the front desk and complain she said I should have said something sooner. I told her we had arrived at 1030pm after driving for hours and I went straight to bed. I told her the room should not be dirty in the first place and checked out. She continued to yell at me across the lobby as I was walking out. Very poor customer service and filthy room."

"Room was dirty, window A/C unit was hanging half off, room smelt like cigarettes, and the ICE machine was out of order. Also it was stated online the pool was open and the lady at the front desk said it was closed. Come to find out they didnt want anybody in it because they just cleaned it."
