Find Hotel with a Concierge in Lower Rhine

Way better than staying in a hotel. Big living area and comfortable couch. Clean and new inside. If you are a bit bigger you might struggle getting in the shower. Wifi a bit slow.

Phenomenal property. Staff were exceptional. Rooms were massive for a family of 4. Breakfast was super good. I will actually go back to this place just for the breakfast. The hotel is set in a quiet town in the middle of the woods with easy access to Xantern

From the check in process to all the way to check out and preparing our rental car for our next destination was amazing and thoughtfully done. The location is amazing and i would not consider anything else if i am staying in Cologne again.

Bartenders were very rude and unprofessional

The place was great, very clean and it feels very spacious with the high ceilings. The bathroom is very well designed and the shower is fantastic. This is not a hotel it's a serviced apartment so it does not have a front desk and you might check in using a lock box with code. No problems whatsoever the check in agent was available by phone easily. There is a tram stop around the corner so transportation is easy. Walking to Altstadt is about 10-15 minutes. This was the most luxurious and amazing stay we have ever experienced! The staff was phenomenal ensuring our stay was simply magical! The ambience can not be matched! We were treated royally our entire stay. We will definitely return to this establishment anytime we visit Cologne! We were even able to meet the owner and he was very gracious! We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Germany this year but this has been, by far, the best experience all the way around. They did not use COVID-19 as an excuse why they didn’t or have anything that your paying for anyway such as cleaning your room. The staff was just perfect. Our view of the Dom from our room was incredible and the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better!
