"I loved this apartment. Good size, new, and had everything we needed. We did encounter some hiccups: we were there mid-October and it was a bit chilly, but we could not control the room temperature so we had to use extra clothes during the night and all the blankets in the apartment. Also, there were some issue with the internet signal to the tv, having to ask the host for help and whatnot. The thing to be aware of, and I think by now the rules in the lil book will be updated: laundry means...

"Super schöne, gemütliche und sehr durchdachte Unterkunft. Leider ist das Gebäude altersbedingt EXTREM hellhörig. Dadurch bin ich mehrmals (ungewollt) Zeugin des lauten Sexleben der Nachbarn geworden und habe vor meinem Staatsexamen kein Auge zubekommen!! Man versteht ebenfalls jedes Wort der benachbarten Wohnungen. Daher kann ich diese Unterkunft leider nur bedingt weiterempfehlen."
