"The location is really useful for the main railway station, it’s only a few minutes walk. The room was clean but basic. There were no facilities for making a drink in the room and no information about what to do if we wanted a drink. The bed was comfortable but our room, 101, was at the front of the hotel and there was a tram stop right outside the window. As there was no air conditioning we had to have window open overnight but then had to close it as it was too noisy when the trams started. The breakfast was really good though and the ladies who served it were friendly."

"A nice hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the hotel on the Sunday morning which lowered our star rating. It would have been more helpful if staff has advised guests when the boiler problem occurred, rather than wait until guests complained. "

"Room Had very strong bad smell and Cigarette Smell ( Room 440 ) however reception did not accept to change the room. Also the hotel does not even provide toiletries at all , you just get all-in-one hair/body shampoo/wash. no ear buds, shower cap, not even tissue box ( hand/face issues ) !!! moreover, the room does not have a fridge , does not have hot water kettle !! Pillows are extremely cheap quality. The sound proof is ZERO .. you can hear people walking and speaking very clearly finally the breakfast was extremely basic .. not worth the money , you can not order basic omelet .. I recommend to stay away and book at Holiday Inn Holiday hotel which is Next door to it."
