A nice hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the hotel on the Sunday morning which lowered our star rating. It would have been more helpful if staff has advised guests when the boiler problem occurred, rather than wait until guests complained.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tribe Düsseldorf and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is a major advantage—being so close to the main station made commuting extremely convenient, whether for business or sightseeing. What truly stood out, though, was the hotel’s unique and thoughtful room architecture. The design is modern, stylish, and very functional, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day. Every detail seemed carefully planned, blending aesthetics with practicality. A special mention must go to Katharina at the front desk, who was absolutely amazing throughout my stay. She was warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable. Her professionalism combined with genuine friendliness made a lasting impression and elevated the entire experience. Overall, Hotel Tribe Düsseldorf offers a perfect mix of great location, beautiful design, and exceptional service. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent hotel, almost wished could have stayed longer...arrived late because of train disruption so did nt have long to enjoy my room. Would stay again if in Dusseldorf. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and good wifi. Good value.

The location was ideal. It was close to the Bahnhof and tram stops. The room was good size and clean. The body lotion, conditioner bottles, tissue box were empty and were not refilled before the guest arrived. Also, the noise outside could be heard inside the room, which woke me up at 6 a.m.

Nice room. Good breakfast. They need to tell people when they check in that if you’re staying 2 nights they still won’t service the room, even if you hang a “Clean me” sign on the door. Bar shuts really early even for residents so you have a very limited choice in a small fridge. Good location for the train station

Recently renovated, and it shows. Also, customer service is fantastic. Friendly and open. I came to breakfast 40m before closing and asked for egg refills - instead of refilling they asked me what eggs I wanted and I had custom eggs and delicious fried veggies brought to my table. Breakfast was worth the price. Also their gym is very cool. Happy to stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. We booked a twin room which means two separate beds. We didn’t know that as the pictures or description on the room didn’t show that. At check in, the staff member noticed this and booked us to another room free of charge. The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows, they didn’t give enough support for our liking. But that’s a matter of taste. Would definitely come back!

Weekend in Dusseldorf/NRW

This was an excellent base for a weekend of travelling around Dusseldorf and the nearby cities. It is very close to the Hauptbahnhof which was a key factor in making the booking. Other attractions in Dusseldorf are all in short walking distance. The rooms were very pleasant and the breakfast variety was good. Staff were very friendly with excellent English. Would definitely recommend.
