Leider ist das Hotel deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, was unseren Aufenthalt spürbar beeinträchtigt hat. Das Bett und der Föhn waren stark abgenutzt, im Flur fehlten Abdeckungen am Feuermelder. Auch die fehlende Abdeckung der Elektrik in der Sauna vermittelte leider keinen sicheren Eindruck. Der Wellnessbereich war insgesamt enttäuschend: Das Licht in der Sauna war defekt, sodass wir im Dunkeln saunieren mussten. Von den beiden Damenduschen funktionierte anschließend nur eine. Im Ruhebereich waren zudem Löcher in der Wand und Decke – leider kein Ambiente zum Entspannen. Völlig unverständlich fanden wir außerdem, dass das Treppenhaus ausschließlich im Notfall benutzt werden durfte. Für wenige Stockwerke mussten wir daher jedes Mal auf den Fahrstuhl warten, obwohl wir zu Fuß deutlich schneller gewesen wären. Der Pool auf dem Dach mit Blick über Düsseldorf ist grundsätzlich ein tolles Highlight. Leider roch das Wasser unangenehm und machte auch optisch keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck. Insgesamt hat der Zustand des Hotels unseren Aufenthalt leider deutlich beeinträchtigt. Noch einmal würden wir hier definitiv nicht übernachten.

Nearby shopping and 7 min. walking to central station. They show swimming pool and GYM on the website but the door always locked. The front desk personal asked if I want to upgrade my room for extra money. My Expedia shows my membership status able to have free upgrades if available. They are doing construction work around the hotel, the entrance not clear from the roadside.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Personal auch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider war die Öffnungszeiten des spa & Wellness Bereichs von 7:00 - 11:00 und 17:00 bis 21:00 für uns nicht all zu passend gewesen.

An outstanding hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are incredibly cool & comfortable, the breakfast spread is magnificent, abundant in delicious fresh food forall tastes, and the staff are exceptionally helpful throughout the building. Kudos to Karla and Mireia at the reception, I wish I knew the names of the lovely staff at the breakfast restaurant, all very professional and pleasant. I could not have loved more the pool with an amazing panoromic view of the city, and the spa is great too! Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, congratulations to all the staff foe their seamless and pitch perfct work.

Ich war erstmalig in diesem Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Little Tokyo und ist somit sehr zentral gelegen. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Hotels waren einwandfrei. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet, das eine sehr große und vielfältige Auswahl bot und qualitativ ebenfalls überzeugte. Hier war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Lediglich die drei vorhandenen Aufzüge waren zu Stoßzeiten etwas zeitaufwendig. Da es sich um die einzigen Aufzüge im gesamten Hotel handelt, kam es teilweise zu Wartezeiten und kleineren Schlangen. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel jedoch uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ons verblijf was helaas erg teleurstellend. Vanaf het moment van inchecken voelden we ons niet echt welkom. De ontvangst was afstandelijk en we moesten zelf overal naar vragen, in plaats van dat belangrijke informatie duidelijk werd uitgelegd. Zo werd bij het inchecken bijvoorbeeld niet verteld dat je voor het zwembad een aparte kaart nodig hebt. Daar kwamen we pas later achter. Ook was de receptie vanuit de kamer telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Iedere keer dat we een vraag of probleem hadden, moesten we helemaal naar beneden lopen. Dat vind ik voor een hotel echt niet acceptabel. Daarnaast was het tijdens ons verblijf erg warm, maar de airconditioning kon niet lager worden ingesteld dan 19 graden. Hierdoor was het lastig om de kamer echt aangenaam koel te krijgen. Alles bij elkaar gaf het verblijf ons helaas geen gastvrij of verzorgd gevoel. Vooral de communicatie, service en ontvangst kunnen wat ons betreft flink verbeterd worden. Voor de prijs en het niveau dat je van een hotel verwacht, viel dit verblijf behoorlijk tegen.

The a/c did not work for half the hotel amid the heat wave in Dusseldorf. I switched rooms 3 times, and each room it did not work. The feedback from the staff was "many of the rooms a/c are not functioning so we can switch you", without any knowledge which rooms did work. I eventually slept in the room with no a/c. Separetely, access to the fitness center was not available, even after the supposed opening time. I would not stay there again.

Let goed op welke kamertype je boekt want het zwembad zit er namelijk niet bij inbegrepen. Ontbijt staat duidelijk vermeld dat er een toeslag op zit maar het zwembad is alleen inclusief bij de duurste kamers.

Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt (Zimmer 366) eine Executive Suite gebucht. Positiv vorweg: Die Zimmer an sich sind wirklich sehr groß geschnitten und super modern eingerichtet. Das inkludierte Frühstück war absolut perfekt, ausgezeichnet in der Qualität und der Service war vorbildlich. Zwei Kritikpunkte gab es dennoch: Die Klimaanlage hatte Schwierigkeiten mit den hohen Temperaturen (Zimmer kühlte nachts kaum unter 25,5 °C ab) und das Badezimmer ist im Gegensatz zum Wohnbereich deutlich älter und wies leider etwas Schimmel in der Dusche auf. Zudem entsprach die Raumaufteilung eher einer Junior-Suite als der gebuchten Executive Suite mit separatem Wohnbereich. Warum trotzdem 4 Sterne? Der Umgang des Managements mit unserer Kritik war absolut vorbildlich, professionell und extrem kulant. Auf unsere schriftliche Reklamation wurde sofort reagiert, die Fehler in der Online-Beschreibung werden korrigiert und uns wurde unaufgefordert sogar mehr als die geforderte Preisdifferenz erstattet. Fazit: Ein tolles Hotel mit kleinen Schwachstellen im Bad/Klima, aber einem herausragenden Gästeservice, der Probleme nicht weglächelt, sondern sofort im Sinne des Gastes löst. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Ort ist sehr gut und das Hotel selbst ist schon. Wir waren aber da während einer Hitzewelle und die "Klimaanlage" war eher ein Fan. Der TV während Weltmeisterschaft war kaputt und die Schlüsselkarte waren mehrmals unkonfiguriert.

I would not recommend this hotel. Our anniversary stay was unfortunately ruined. Although we completed the online check-in in advance, we did not receive the password needed to collect the key. The check-in process was poorly handled, and we had to wait for more than two hours. In addition, the air conditioning was not working, so we could not sleep properly on a very hot night. The issue was not fixed, and the hotel only offered a discount instead. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in Germany, Delicious breakfast and the staff’s were excellent, very kind and helpful . The rooms and hotel in general is spacious I will give it a five star. We will be back again in October. Thank you. Ria
