「Dilapidated, filthy, overpriced, safety hazard and should be shut down before someone gets hurt. Wear a HAZMAT suit if you decide to stay in this "bargain accommodation" or drive to another suburb for better options. Unacceptable that this place continues to trade - since I was too busy to check referrals, I regretted every second of my choice to stay here. I apologised to my wife for this mistake - I don't often do that......」

「I would have LIKED to stay at the Royal. I'd made a booking but ran late getting there. No text message. No email. And no keys or anything in the late arrivals box when I got there. You can imagine how great that felt arriving in a dark carpark, with everything closed, and nowhere to stay. I was lucky to not end up sleeping in the back of my car, but had to suck up paying for a room at another hotel (also closed by the time I got there, but at least there was a bell I could ring). Late check...

「Yes Parking was a little hard. As no designated parks and u had to be back in early to get a park. Rooms were great and housekeeping was excellent. 」

「While the front of the property is unassuming, the inside is spacious and the view is fantastic. Easy check in, and a nice grassy area behind to string up the hammock and read a book. Only suggestion would be to provide additional door stoppers for the beds as they roll very easily on the tile! Doggo and I had a great time, will certainly use this facility again. 」

「Yes, the linen was fresh and beds comfortable. We would have liked aircon as we had booked Oct 25 and were only ones without it. There was a jug and cups but no coffee or tea etc. The new bathrooms were lovely. We would come again as good for the price. Great breakfast too.」

「Room was neat and tidy, we were located in a quite area which was perfect, the addition of the Spa was awesome, rear entry to the room made bring bags in so much easier. The atmosphere in the room created a very relaxing environment and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. 」
