「We were very impressed with everything about this property. The check-in process was very thorough and easy to understand. We loved the keypad rather than having an actual key - made it easy for different guests arriving at different times. We had three other groups staying at Cypress Lakes at the same time and our villa was the best of all of them. And the view at sunrise with the balloons floating past was amazing. Would definitely book again if we were to stay in the Hunter.」

「Two sisters and we stayed for 4 nights. Quiet and central location made it easy to wine taste and eat out. Lovely birds singing and lots of kangaroos around on our walks.」

「An excellent property however due to a broken remote control we were unable to use the lovely gas fire. Also there were no instructions for the oven and we were unable to use it as it’s so complicated. This spoiled our stay as we intended having a cosy dinner with our friends. I hope future occupants do not have the same problems.」

「The apartment was great for 3 couples as each room had a king bed. The apartment was clean, central and well suited our needs. With 3 lounges as well, enjoying cheese and biscuits in the lounge room with the fire on was lovely. Our only disappointment was some items weren’t there that would’ve been helpful for cooking ie sharp knives, tongs, more bowls, and there were no placemats.」

「Chez Vous is such a place of tranquility. Sit on the verandah looking at the Beautiful scenery, watch the kangaroos or visiting the lovely locals wineries, markets or have a nice hot chocolate at the hunter valley chocolate factory.」

「Great tranquil location, even heard the lions roar from the near by wildlife park. It was also close to all wineries and shopping centres. A little dated but fit for purpose.」

We originally booked directly with the Cypress Lakes resort and had issues with our room so we were able to book this property last minute and the team were very accommodating and understanding, saving our family escape and ended up in a much nicer apartment. The kids had a wonderful time!」

「The new apartments were close to local entertainment with lots of good dining opportunities. The free parking was easy to access, safe and secure. Staff were all helpful, efficient and eager to maintain a high standard of presentation, safety and customer satisfaction. The stay was comfortable and not impacted by the proximity to the rail line or the nearby redevelopment construction works. I would be happy to seek further accommodation from this provider.」
