Park Plaza County Hall London
The hotel was nice also so were the rooms but the lift kept my family awake all night I asked to get moved rooms but there was no other rooms available

Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo
First room smelt terrible so we had to change from two twins to a queen, then changed into another twin room. Forgot my headphones in one of the original rooms which they couldn’t find.
