"Staff were wonderfully helpful with directions, tours, restaurants, and providing extras like another lamp, distilled water, etc. we were disappointed that after booking a “superior deluxe room” to be 344 square feet (30 meters) square we got a smaller room with an interior view and one chair ( we shared time using it) at the small table. That might be more acceptable if we were staying only a night or 2 but we were there almost a week."

"It is an excellent restore hotel at the heart of Porto city. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Walking distance to all the famous landmarks and eateries to visit. You can relax and re-charge using spa facilities after long strolls across all the cobbled streets in Porto."

"The hotel was lovely, great location & staff were great. We got a free drink of port and you could have free coffee and cake in the afternoon which was a lovely touch. We couldnt access the roof terrace during our stay which i asume was due to the weather. The only thing letting the hotel down was surrounding noise,the room was so warm we tried to sleep with the window open but couldnt, even with the window shut you could hear passers by shouting until easily 4.30am.. out of the hotels control but we really didnt sleep much the 3 nights and was ready to come home. To note we were the 5th floor too."
