This property is well appointed, well kept and beautifully designed. The view from the hotel is exceptional, especially from the rooftop. The staff were helpful, attentive and made great recommendations for places to visit. I indulged in a deep tissue massage, and the spa itself, and the treatment were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

We loved this place. Quiet, clean, friendly, great location, and amazing complete breakfast!! We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and decided to stay at the end as well. If we visit Porto again there is no question that we will be staying here.

What a treat to arrive at this hotel, to be absolutely blown away by the building, its location, then the staff, the room, the food, the rooftop bar, the spa… it went on and on. this is a fantastic location. delightfully walkable to porto and not as crowded as other hotel options we considered. most rooms were occupied during our stay, yet the lobby and surrounding areas felt comfortable and had more than enough space. the biggest flex is how clean the rooms are. if you’re picky like us, very worth the stay!

Hands down one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. We had a 2 bedroom river suite with over 1,000 sqft and the most amazing views of old town Porto. The spa and gym area looked amazing although we did not have enough time to really use them. The hotel is in Gaia which has the best views of Porto but is a bit of a walk or Taxi ride to get to the other side of the River. We love walking so this was no issue for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an upscale stay a bit off the super touristy areas.

Enjoyed the stay. Hotel has great views. We are walkers so the mile or so to the historical sites was not a problem. Actually flat until you get into the old town. Breakfast was excellent! Stay did not start well because we organized airport transport from the airport and he never showed up. No apology when we checked in. After that though staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again but organize transport myself next time.

It was a really nice stay and the staff we're great at making sure you had everything you needed. My only thing was the pool/sauna use, to me it was strange that you had to book a timeslot everyday and you could only have 45min sessions. Sometimes you do just want to sit by the pool and chill and that felt limited.
