「This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly, our room was beautiful and the hotel grounds are looked after with a real sense of care and pride. Breakfast was a highlight of the day! The outdoor pool area and various other seating areas around the hotel gave us many opportunities to relax and read. Although about a 30 min walk from the centre of Porto, there are many excellent restaurants within a 10 min walk of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Palacete...

「Best location on Matosinhos. 1-minute walk to Sul Matosinhos metro, 5 minutes to the beach, and plenty of restaurants and good groceries around. Chsrming property. The walls are pretty tin and staircase is squeaking a lot. temperature control goes random at time and door locks are tiny. great housekeeping service. Overall i recommend and will consider booking again.」

「Incredible stay at Maison Cabral. I cannot praise the property manager Susanna enough for her amazing hospitality. My flight to Porto was canceled so we had to drive from Madrid and Susanna checked on our bags (which had flown without us) and arranged for a late check/in. She gave us the best local restaurant recommendations - go to BB Gourmet and Nicolau- and even couriered over a bracelet that I left behind to my next hotel. 「Host is very nice. Property so close to metro very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is medium firm which is perfect for me. Washroom always available to use. Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage.」

「The staff were incredibly helpful from the lady at the front desk who assisted us with parking and gave advice, providing a map of Porto and giving detailed information on attractions and places of interest to the staff who helped with luggage and gave us explanations on how to in the apartment - shout out to Daniel! Small touches like water, tea and coffee freely replaced daily go a long way. Not to mention, the frequent check ins to ask if there was anything else we needed or would like....
