"Our stay at the hotel was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The room was spotless and beautifully finished, with a modern, comfortable design that made it easy to relax. One feature we particularly appreciated was the ability to stream directly from our phone to the TV—it’s a small touch, but it made a big difference to our overall experience. The only slight downside was the breakfast. While there was a good selection, the quality didn’t quite match the otherwise high standard of the hotel. That said, it was very busy at the time, so we understand that this may have affected the experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities more than made up for the minor breakfast issue."

"The team very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we ran into is that uber would not go to the property. Be prepared to walk a little with your luggage. Not a problem for us but could be for some. The hotel should disclose this. "

"The hotel was excellent , situated on one of Porto’s many steep streets . The staff were friendly and helpful . My single room was very comfortable and perfectly suited my needs . Excellent shower ,( a small problem with the glass shower door was rectified as soon as I reported it - excellent service ! ) The bed (and pillows in particular !) were very comfortable and the room had a full length widow opening onto a small balcony . I used taxis frequently and the staff on reception were very efficient at booking these at short notice . I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel , and would certainly use it again on a return trip to Porto . "

"This was a nice hotel that I picked based on other reviews. I found choosing a hotel in Porto to be more of a challenge (which was simply overthinking), but I'm glad I went with this choice. The staff the very friendly and offered us a complimentary pastel de nata (pastry) when we arrived. The room was nice, clean, but small. The highlight of the room was the incredible water pressure in the shower. There was a strange port hole in the bathroom wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. Probably meant to let natural light into the bathroom, but reduces privacy. The location is convenient. A short walk from the main train station with a metro stop just steps from the lobby. There are several good restaurants on the streets immediately behind the hotel."
