This is a beautiful hotel that is located within a few minutes walking distance from São Bento train station. The front desk staff is friendly and professional. The room we had was beautifully designed, extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful for our 4 day visit in early September. The hotel is in a great location with food and shopping just outside our hotel door. The staff helped us with organizing taxis, restaurant ideas and best places to view the city. Our rooms were a nice size and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Nice, although basic, hotel right in the centre of Porto. Convenient access to most of what Porto has to offer. Very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast spread - as good as any we have had in Europe. Front desk staff were very helpful suggesting great nearby dining options. There are a lot of other nearby options but this remains good value.

The hotel is well-located near to metro and buses, but away enough to be quiet. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the bath products smell great. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location, approximately 10minute walk to the port front, but be aware all downhill going but uphill coming home ! Small bar in the hotel was never open, but not appealing anyway. Plenty of bars restaurants in town anyway. Was left a nice bottle of wine as part of the VIP perks, but was a cork and no corkscrew in the room which seemed a strange thing to do.

Friendly staff and clean room. Bathroom location is a bit weird as other reviewers stated but it didn't bother my wife and I. Location is fantastic. Close walking distance to everything and easy Bolt pickups. Lobby is nice and breakfast was great. One of the better hotel breakfasts imo. Eggs and bacon. Various breads and pastries along with cheeses and cured meats. Yogurt and fruits were good too. Multiple coffee and tea machines. Weekend breakfast is 730am but weekdays were 7am. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. Delicious.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices and never too busy. My room was great, plenty of space, bug bed, very modern clean bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come again.

It is convienently located near San Bento train station. With a lot of attractions, activities and restaurants near by. It seems to be new renovated with modern bath, although no everyone would like the open layout. Breakfast is good for the price. It dose not have gym and pool. Guests could use the facilities in the sister hotel 7 mins away tho. Overall, as tourists, we like the hotel and would stay again in future.
