Despite being on a main square and in the midst of the ubiquitous construction all over Porto the hotel is a quiet haven, close to major sites and across the street from a main train station so it was very convenient. The staff are all great and it is very clean and quiet

The property is very nice and well located! They have contraction outside. We requested a better room but were not granted. The beds are super comfortable. Had a medical emergency and they let us check out with out any penalty. The front deck staff could be more friendly and accommodating.
