"Staff was very rude. We went to extend a night and they booked us the wrong night. When we went to the feont desk for help, we were left to fend for ourselves. Rooms had no AC and smelled like sewage"

"Took 3 days to get our room cleaned after multiple calls, escalations to managers that never called back and finally when I went to the lobby and got to talk to a manager they finally cleaned our room on the last night of our stay. They did take off 2 days of resorts fees off our bill, but don’t feel we were truly compensated for this simple lack of what should have been considered normal and routine services. "
