This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home. Each room is equipped with a king-sized bed and a smart TV for your comfort. Our home is children friendly and has a toddler bed for kids. Guests can use the Entire house both inside and the backyard pool Home is big enough to accommodate a large group.

Special Note!!!!.. The door leading to the pool In the backyard has an alarm pool each time it`s opened for Safety.
NO SMOKING
Pets allowed with prior approval of owner. Pet fee of $150 must be paid prior to arrival.
No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.
Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $219.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security
6. A fully refundable $250 Damage hold with be authorized on day of check in. Please be sure to have the $250 available in your account for the hold, failed holds may result in a delayed check in. The hold will be released 3-5 business days after check out as long as there are no damages.
Additional Rules
No parties or get togethers allowed. $1000 fine will be applied to reservation if the max # of guests is exceeded
No Smoking of any kind inside the home. $500 fee applied if evidence of smoking is found. This includes marijuana.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-10am
