「Great value for a 3 star hotel which included a served breakfast. Air con worked fine and in a quiet nabourhood. Supplied with a kettle and fridge. Local convenience store accross the street next to a fast food donair. There is a coffee shop around the corner with food choices. Initially had issues accepting any of my charge cards on my first night and luckily had some cash to pay and the card was accepted for the remainder of my stay the next day🤔」

「Fin och rymlig lägenhet i ett bra område. Hade önskat bättre städning innan ankomst. Bra läge och speciellt för en barnfamilj. Gångavstånd på max 10 min till Mega. Fint område.」

「Sängarna i vårt rum var mycket hårda. Bara en 3 cm skummadrass på träbotten. Trappstegen i trappan var 35-40 cm höga(!) upp till andra våning. Värdinnan var trevlig fram tills att hon fick höra att vi sov dåligt på grund av madrasserna. Alla måste äta vid samma tid. Vi fick inte ett eget bord till frukost. Frukosten var bra men man fick en färdig tallrik med mat. Läget uppe i bergen var lugnt med frisk luft. Trevlig inredning med gamla trägolv.」

「カザフスタン・キルギス旅行中、３泊＋１泊利用しました。 滞在中静かで、清潔な部屋には冷蔵庫があり、何より熱いシャワーがありがたかったです！（シャンプーとシャワージェルもあります） エレベーターとクーラーは無いですが気にならなかったです。昼間外出すると暑かったけど普通に寝れました アルマトイⅡ駅、バス、地下鉄、市内へのアクセス良し。トゥルキスタンから来たのでアルマティⅡ駅からすぐだったし、ビシュケクから戻ってくる際も、サイランからのバスがホテルのすぐ近くに停まって良かった… すぐ近くにスーパーもあり、そこで買ったものをホテル１階のレンジで温めて共有スペースで食べる事も可能。有料で洗濯もしてくれるみたいです。 あと驚いたのが、チャックアウト後荷物を預ける際、鍵付きのロッカーが用意されていました！（利用するには荷物の大きさにもよるのかな？　私は30Lのバックパックと大きめのショッピングバッグを預けましたが1つのロッカーに入りました） またアルマティを訪れる際はここに泊りたいです。本当に便利だった。ありがとうございました！」

「Clean rooms and the Mountain View room that we stayed was worth waking up to! Breakfast can be improved and apart from the views, there isn’t much to do around the place. Overall 10/10 for the views!」

「The staffs were English-speaking and we had no problems communicating with them. The hotel room was clean and I had no problems. However, on the first day I arrived, there was no hot water in the shower, only cold water. The hotel said it was due to maintenance, so it could not be helped, but it was a little disappointing after a long plane ride. The next morning, the hot water came out of the shower without any problem. I ordered room service at the hotel for dinner, which was very good. There...
